Help with choosing the right product to treat body acne?

I have body acne on my shoulders, lower back, and chest. I’m a girl, btw. So I’ve been searching up some products to use, but I’m having trouble choosing which ones to buy. I’m not prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on things that I might not use or might not work. For now I’m thinking of getting Neutrogen Body Clear Body Wash, Head & Shoulders Shampoo/Condition with zinc, Clean & Clear Deep Cleansing Astringement Oil-Free, Aveeno Clear Complexion Soap and Oxy Body Wash. I know some are the same thing. Any advice on which ones I should get or add to my list? Thank you!

Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash! They have body scrub too… I have and love both of them.. I use the scrub about twice a week, and use unscented cocoa butter lotion after my shower and my skin feels awesome! Good luck!
